Facility Update!

Votes/Pledges - The majority of the ballots are in.  We have reached our requirement to have 2/3 majority approving the move.  The vote was 53 in favor and 3 not in favor of moving forward with the Beck Facility.  The vote also included a pledge form.  Currently, we have

• $15,350 for start up expenses ($20,000 required for minimum build out)
  

• $19,920 pledged for additional monthly rental expenses ($18,000 required)

Because we have a surplus of $1920 in monthly pledges and we believe we will be able to negotiate a few months of free rent, the additional monthly pledge funds will bring the start up fund close to the $20,000 needed to begin.

After assessing the vote and pledges, the LT has decided to move ahead with negotiations with the landlord, to firm up the final contract and any unforeseen issues. 

Assuming, we are able to negotiate a workable contract, we should be able to accomplish the build out in 3 months time.  This should give us time to fulfill our contract with Emagine and finish the build out of the Beck Facility.

Some items like the specifics of the contract are still in process.  So please continue to pray for God's guidance and wisdom.  Also, we believe there may be others who would like to participate in this move either with their time or their finances.  As we follow up and receive the remaining pledges we will update everyone.
