As we are beginning new community groups, we have found that there is a natural development that occurs. Below is a working draft of the stages of Community Group development. Each stage includes the primary principles, bench marks, and key practices. There is much yet to learn. Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Seeding
Principles
The Seeding Stage is the beginning of the process
of reproduction. Here we look for people
who are connected in their communities, are excited about Jesus, and are

The Incubation Stage begins the formation
process. Here we take more time with the
